Find and show verses
Find verses in the Scriptures panel, then send them to the audience screen.
Find verses
Type in the search field of the Scriptures panel. You can type these items:
- A reference, such as
John 3:16 - A list of references, such as
John 3:16; Rom 8:28orJohn 3:16, 18 - Words from a verse
- An idea, such as “nobody hides a candle under a bed”.
The results show the verses with the words in the same order first. Then they show the verses with the nearest meaning. Then they show the other verses with all the words.
The search by meaning finds a verse from an idea. For example, “nobody hides a candle under a bed” finds Luke 8:16 and Mark 4:21. This search operates on the computer, without an internet connection. FlowCast loads its models at the first search of this type.
